PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:A large capacity single temperature wine cabinet suitable for the long term storage/ageing of all wines. The cabinet has an adjustable temperature range of +5°C to +20°C, however we would recommend that the cabinet is set at 12°C. The temperature would then be around 10°C on the base, 12°C in the centre and 14°C at the top. The ideal temperature for the ageing of wine is between 10°C and 14°C. We would recommend that you load the wine cabinet with White wine in the lower half and Red wine in the top half, so that when you take a bottle from the cabinet to serve, it is closer to its recommended serving temperature. All wines can be stored in the centre of the cabinet and when serving stocks deplete from the bottom and top sections, you can re-stock from the central area. The cabinet has a full door in Bordeaux Red with Black side walls.
